The present document contains the policy provided by the ZOOOM Consortium with respect to the management and administration of the ZOOOM IDEA Platform’s use of cookies and social media (the Cookies Notice) and it regulates the data protection mechanisms provided by the ZOOOM Consortium to any user of the information services and content accessible through the ZOOOM IDEA Platform with respect to the use of cookies and social media.
The ZOOOM IDEA Platform is developed, managed, and administered by the ZOOOM Consortium via LIBRe Foundation (Bulgaria) and is accessible via https://zooom4u.eu/.

For the purposes of the application and interpretation of the present Cookies Notice, the terms and phrases used have the following meaning:
‘Project’ – ‘3Os and IP Awareness raising for collaborative ecosystems’ Project (the ZOOOM Project) is a project funded by the European Union’s Horizon Europe Framework Programme under Call HORIZON-CL4-2021-HUMAN-01-17 and implemented under Grant Agreement No. 101007385 within the 01/10/2022 – 30/09/2024 (24 months) period.
‘ZOOOM Consortium’ – the ZOOOM Project Consortium, formed by the following beneficiaries (Partners) acting jointly as a consortium under Grant Agreement No. 101070077: Hub Trentino Innovation Foundation (Italy), acting in their capacity of a project coordinator and official representative of the ZOOOM Project; University of Trento (Italy); KU Leuven Centre for IT & IP Law (Belgium); Free Software Foundation Europe EV (Germany); VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland Ltd (Finland); Jožef Stefan Institute (Slovenia); LIBRe Foundation (Bulgaria); Innovation Salzburg GmbH (Austria); EIT Manufacturing South S.R.L. ‘ZOOOM IDEA Platform’ is developed, managed, and administered by the ZOOOM Consortium via LIBRe Foundation, where LIBRe Foundation is a foundation, non-profit organization, established and operating in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, registered under company file No. 220/2015 as docketed in the Register of Non-Profit Legal Entities by the Sofia City Court, Unique Identification Code 176860854, with seat and address of management: 64, Dimitar Petkov Str., Ent. 2, Floor 3, 1309 Sofia, Bulgaria; a Partner in the ZOOOM Consortium.

What are ‘cookies’?
The cookie is a small text file that can be stored on your device when you visit websites. Certain information is saved in this text file, such as the choice of website language. Why do we use ‘cookies’?
As administrators of the ZOOOM IDEA Platform, we use cookies that ensure specific functions of the platform work properly. We use custom made platform to keep the content and services provided through the ZOOOM IDEA Platform up to date. This software uses cookies to provide specific functionality – they are necessary for the proper functioning of the platform, and you cannot refuse the placement of these cookies on your device if you want to visit and use all services of our platform.
We use basic server statistics for analytical purposes, where all user data is all anonymous. No third-party services are used for analysing site traffic and site interactions.
How to find out what cookies were placed on my device and how to delete them?
If you want to know what cookies are installed on your device or want to delete them, you can use your browser settings.
You can prevent your browser from accepting certain cookies, have the browser require your consent before a new cookie is placed in your browser, or block cookies altogether by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser privacy preferences menu.
