It is the most anticipated annual gathering of fans, creators and supporters of open source and free art in Bulgaria ever since 2003. The purpose of OpenFest is to promote projects created with free and open software and to provide a forum for exchanging ideas and best practices in the field. Themes related to free\/open art also have their reserved spot in the festival\u2019s program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ZOOOM Talk on Open Source Machine Learning<\/strong> has been accepted in the technical track of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.openfest.org\/2023\/en\/\"><strong>Open Fest 2023<\/strong><\/a>. In this talk, Ivo Emanuilov, IP Lawyer \/ Researcher, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.law.kuleuven.be\/citip\/en\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.law.kuleuven.be\/citip\/en\" target=\"_blank\">KU Leuven Centre for IT &amp; IP Law \u2013 imec In<\/a>, will discuss the different approaches to reasoning about machine learning in intellectual property terms and how the way we define open source machine learning and the objectives pursued with this definition are key to shaping future licensing and business models (in English).
